Nice, newer home with plenty of space for 2 small families. Location was close to downtown Sanford with lots of food options. House was clean and had most everything we needed for our stay.

Great location- so much less than a mile away! We walked to Lancaster Brewing Company a couple of times for food& beer. The Horse Inn right around the corner was also great. We visited in the middle of an extreme heat wave so the central air and extra AC unit on the third floor were much appreciated. Loved the shower! My son enjoyed playing records on the record player and our dogs loved the small fenced in backyard.
