The entire house and property are available for your use, except one locked garage. The other garage IS available to you.
Good to know
This is a 2 story home. There is one bedroom with a king bed on the ground floor, and a full bathroom across the hall. Upstairs you’ll find the primary suite with one king and one twin bed. Additionally upstairs there is a bedroom with 2 twins and another bedroom with one king and one twin bed. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub.
Other Details to Note
Please note that we use one of the attached garages for storage. It has a separate entrance, so we may enter it during your stay, but we will not enter the house (you can lock it so no one can enter from the garage.) The other garage is available for your use. We would like to kindly ask that you do not invite additional guests to the house without prior notice. We're more than happy to have you host meals, etc with additional friends and family, but we do not allow parties or underage drinking. We love to offer early check-in and late checkout to our guests for free, but please note that it will be available ONLY if we do not have a check in/out on the same day. You may request early check-in / late checkout 1 day before your arrival / exit. If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day in order to account for that.
