Totally set up for fun, The Billiard House has a billiard room, plus air hockey/mini ping pong, foosball, tons of board games to keep the little (and big) ones entertained. The bedrooms each have a fun theme - Guardians of the Galaxy, Batman, and Star Wars. Location is perfect: one block from downtown Sanford’s breweries and restaurants, and only a 10-minute walk to the waterfront harbor!

Good to know
This brand-new house has an open floorplan and the garage has been converted into a billiard room (with air-conditioning). You'll have 3 bedrooms: the master suite has a king bed and a twin, and the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 extra-long twin size beds, and one has a desk.
Other Details to Note
This house is right next to our sister listing "The Arcade." Book both homes if you need more space! We have 5 additional homes within a few blocks as well. The garage has been converted to a billiard room, but there is enough room in the driveway for 2 cars. If you have more cars than that, please park on the yard or the street, but be sure not to block the sidewalk. We love to offer early check-in and late checkout to our guests for free, but please note that it will be available ONLY if we do not have a check in/out on the same day. You may request early check-in / late checkout 1 day before your arrival / exit. If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day in order to account for that.
