It’s a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle. Only 5 blocks from Historic Venue 1902, for those that will be in town for a wedding. About 13 blocks to downtown Sanford, and a 12 minute drive to the Boombah Sports Complex.

The entire property is all yours except one locked supply closet.
Good to know
This is a unique house with a spacious living area. There are three bedrooms: two have king beds and the other has 2 XL twins (they’re easy to push together to make a king-size).

This is a quiet neighborhood, and not suitable for parties. We do not allow outside guests without prior approval. We love to offer early check-in and late checkout to our guests for free, but please note that it will be available ONLY if we do not have a check in/out on the same day. You may request early check-in / late checkout 1 day before your arrival / exit. If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day in order to account for that.
