Welcome to this brand-new home with a spacious open floor plan! Step into the cozy living room, which flows seamlessly into the fully-stocked eat-in kitchen. Off the kitchen, you'll find the main bedroom suite featuring a king bed, a twin bed, a desk, and a private en-suite bathroom. On the other side of the living room are two additional bedrooms, each equipped with two extra-long twin beds that can be pushed together to create a king bed if desired. The second full bathroom with a tub is conveniently located by these 2 bedrooms. The highlight of this home is the converted garage—a retro game room packed with fun! Please note that our "No Parties" policy can be waved in certain circumstances, but prior approval is absolutely required.
