Relax with the whole family at this comfy place to stay. Three bedrooms with super comfy beds, and two full bathrooms. Only 10 blocks from downtown on a nice quiet street with a fully fenced big backyard, perfect for dogs! Check out our other Sanford homes, listed on my profile.

The entire house and property are all yours, except for the garage, which is currently being used for storage.
Good to know
This home was built in 2019, with an open floor plan and big backyard. The yard is now fully fenced (as of November 2023!) There is one main suite with an attached bathroom (shower only, no tub). The other two bedrooms share a bathroom (with tub).
Other Details to Note
If you’re hanging in the backyard during the week, you will hear noise from a daycare that is close by. We love to offer early check-in and late checkout to our guests for free, but please note that it will be available ONLY if we do not have a check in/out on the same day. You may request early check-in / late checkout 1 day before your arrival / exit. If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day in order to account for that.
