You'll love the dining room with a view of the river and cozy fireplace. Unwind in the main bath with a big tub with jets, a view, and a fireplace. Or hit the hot tub with a nice view of the river. River access is a short hike down a pathway on this 2.8 acre property, where you can fish or launch your tube, kayak, or canoe!

Good to know

You'll love the location - on a nice big piece of land surrounded by farms, right between Auburn and Seneca Falls. It's only 20 minutes to del Lago Casino and Waterloo Premium Outlets and about an hour to one of America's largest malls, Destiny USA in Syracuse. There is a drive-in movie theater 5 minutes away, and little lake inlets and beaches within 10-20 minutes. It's about 45 minutes to Ithaca 1 hour to Rochester.

Other Details to Note

We have Starlink high speed internet at the house, however we like to inform guests that cell reception is very spotty, and practically zero at our house. So be sure to turn on “WiFi calling” on your cell phone. We love to offer early check-in and late checkout to our guests for free, but please note that it will be available ONLY if we do not have a check in/out on the same day. You may request early check-in / late checkout 1 day before your arrival / exit. If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day in order to account for that.
